Skittles, Toucannon

Er, happy New Year and all that!

Skittles the Toucannon is kinda all over the place- "birdbrained" would be a proper term.  She's a kind gal around her friends (her and Octavia go way back), but not the same around strangers.  Sneak up behind her and she'll probably lose her mind.  Skittles isn't the most eager to squash a spider if necessary (despite having the type advantage), and generally dislikes anything creepy or crawly.  If you tell her something she'll probably forget sooner or later- she's busy, you know.  But she does try her best!  Can't remember everything.  Wait, is the oven still on...?  

Skittles looks like your average Toucannon, except she styled her "hair" on the top and has a really long tail that often drags.  She wears a Silk Scarf to get that sweet normal type boost (Fury Attack + Skill Link YOLOOO).  If you get her mad, expect to taste the rainbow.
